| 01 Keep the society premises clean, it is everybody's responsibility.
|
| 02 Hand over garbage to the GHMC waste collection van.
|
| 03 Maintain a speed limit of max 10 km/hr while driving in the colony.
|
| 04 Make sure that all water taps/valves are closed before going out of the house.
|
| 05 Switch off the electricity mains if your house is to be vacant for more than 10 days.
|
| 06 Ensure that the prospective tenant has cleared police verification before renting out your house.
|
| 07 Ensure that prospective domestic helpers have cleared police verification before engaging them.
|
| 08 Ensure that pet dogs are vaccinated.
|
| 09 Ensure that pet dogs are kept on leash when taking them out for walks.
|
| 10 Ensure Maintenance Charges are paid by the prescribed due date.
|
| 11 Please ensure that your guests/visitors park their vehicles properly without blocking the road.

| 21 Do not dispose garbage on the street, in storm water drains, in vacant plots, etc.
|
| 22 Do not throw garbage out from windows, balconies, etc.
|
| 23 Do not burn dry leaves, garbage or any other waste materials.
|
| 24 Do not allow any activity in your premises that causes nuisance to other residents.
|
| 25 Do not play TV/Radio/musical instruments at high volume, especially after 11 pm.
|
| 26 Do not park vehicles in a way that causes inconvenience to others.
