BHEL HIG2: BHEL Executives' Co-operative House Building Society Ltd. also referred to as Ushodaya Enclave, was bifurcated from HIG1 and registered with Regd No TBC 716 on 22-Oct-2002 for implementation and management of Phase II group housing at Madinaguda, for Executives of the Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Hyderabad. It has since grown into a vibrant community with over 260 members. Ushodaya Enclave stands out as a green oasis in the bustling metropolis of Hyderabad - with home gardens, avenue plantations and parks, it is a natural habitat to a variety of birds(click here).

The Layout of the group housing has been made to facilitate happy community living incorporating parks, community centre, wide network of internal roads, CCTV network for enhanced safety and significant green cover. The housing group lies in the immediate vicinity of large number of Schools, Colleges, hospitals, markets and upmarket shopping malls, It is also at a very short distance from the city’s Financial District and the famous Hitech City.

More About Us

MC: The Society is managed by a Resident Welfare Association through an elected Management Committee (MC) that is responsible for its maintenance. The scope of the MC includes maintenance of common facilities and civic amenities such as security, sanitation, solid waste management, internal roads, street lights, water harvesting, etc., in coordination with the GHMC, the HMWSSB, Electricity Department, etc. The Society strives to be a role model for community building and self-governance through consensus building and camaraderie.
